Terms of Service

1. Service. T661.dev generates technical activity documentation from your repository history. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving all generated content before using it for any purpose.
2. Not professional advice. T661.dev does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice and makes no representation about the eligibility of any work for SR&ED or any other tax incentive. Filing decisions are yours and your advisors'.
3. Your data. You retain all rights to your repository data and generated logs. You grant us the limited right to process repository metadata to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use. Connect only repositories you are authorized to connect. Don't use the service to fabricate records of work that did not occur.
5. Billing. Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Trials convert only if you subscribe.
6. Liability. The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law. British Columbia, Canada.
